Chloe's Newsletter №2
Thanks for being here. I hope this week has been good to you. All links are friend links, so please feel free to share.
This November, I’m working on a series of haibun poetry about the seasons of life. So far, I’ve published Autumn, Winter, and today I wrote Summer. There are pieces about celebrations during the seasons as well as what different seasons can mean when you’re a woman.
Poetry:
Relationships, Life, Love, Parenting, Culture, Women
I Will Never Fit Your Impossible Beauty Standards
Society expects women to conform to a feminine standard, but when it comes from within our own ranks, it’s even worse.
Give Yourself a Little Grace, Girl
The world won’t end if you take a nap, or leave the laundry.
We say we want to relax, but do we really know how?
I hope this finds you well. See you Monday!
